Net domestic product (NDP) is defined as gross domestic product (NDP) less the consumption of fixed capital.

net fixed capital formation
Net fixed capital formation consists of gross fixed capital formation less consumption of fixed capital.

net lending
Net lending is the net amount a unit or a sector has available to finance, directly or indirectly, other units or other sectors; it is the balancing item in the capital account and is defined as: (Net saving plus capital transfers receivable minus capital transfers payable) minus (the value of acquisitions less disposals of non-financial assets, less consumption of fixed capital); negative net lending may also be described as "net borrowing".

net migration
The difference between the number of in-migrant and out-migrants. If the number of in-migrants is more than the out-migrants, then the result is net in-migrants. For the opposite case, it results in net out-migrants.
