particulate matter (PM)
Solid particles or liquid droplets in the air or emission 0.01-100µm size, eg: dust, smoke, fume, spray and mist.

particulate matter (PM10)
Respirable particles of less than 10 micron in diameter. PM10 can be in solid or liquid form and it includes aerosol, dust, smoke and pollen. These particles originate from power plants, industrial processes and open burning activities.

partnership
This refers to a group of individuals who agree to contract and to carry on a business with the objective of making a profit. All shareholders or any one could manage the business for all parties. A business partnership must comprise at least two members and should not exceed a maximum of twenty members.

Payments in kind other than remuneration in kind occur when any of a wide variety of payments are made in the form of goods and services rather than money.

payments in kind to paid employees
Payments in kind is the net cost to the employer of those goods and services furnished to employees free of charge or at markedly reduced cost that are clearly and primarily of benefit to the employees as consumers. These include food, beverages, clothing (except uniform for civilians), medical attention, accommodation and the like provided free of charge or markedly reduced cost. Outlays by employers which are of benefit to them as well as their employees, e.g. expenditure by employers on amenities provided at places of work, sport and other recreational facilities and reimbursements by employers on the expenses of travel, entertainment and work clothing, tools and equipment which are incurred by their employees, are excluded.
