national income
At the level of the total economy, national income is the total value of the primary incomes receivable within the economy less the total of the primary incomes payable by resident units.

net capital stock
The sum of the written-down values of all the fixed assets still in use when a balance sheet is drawn up is described as the Net Capital Stock. It basically track the role of capital as a set of assets with market value and it appears in balance sheets and in the context of income and wealth accounting
